1) If you have a BuildupView profile, you may be able to upload Content to our Services. You can use your Content to promote your business or other accounts on other platforms. If you choose to upload Content, you must not submit any Content that does not comply with this Agreement or the law. For example, the Content you submit must not include third-party intellectual property (such as copyrighted material) unless you have permission from that party or are otherwise legally entitled to do so. You are legally responsible for the Content you submit to this website. We may use automated systems that analyze your Content to help detect infringement and abuse, such as spam, malware, and illegal content. We have the ability to delete your post if you published a post that is not yours and you don’t have permission to post without notifying you.

2) You can remove your Content from the website at any time. You must remove your Content if you no longer have the rights required by these terms.

BuildupView operates a system of “strikes” in respect of Content that violates the BuildupView Community Guidelines. We have the right to delete your post from BuildupView if you violate any law of BuildupView Community Guidelines without notifying you. Unfortunately, BuildupView won’t be able to refund the money that you paid for the post that violates BuildupView Community Guidelines.

These are BuildupView Community Guidelines:

1. You are not allowed to post misleading Information in your posts.
2. You are not allowed to post spam, deceptive practices, and scams in your posts.
3. You are not allowed to post Nudity and Sexual Content in your posts.
4. You are not allowed to post drugs or weapons in your posts.
5. You are not allowed to post about suicide and self-harm in your posts.
6. You are not allowed to post about the sale of illegal or regulated goods or services in your posts.
7. You are not allowed to post harmful or dangerous content in your posts.
8. You are not allowed to post hate speech in your posts.
9. You are not allowed to post violent criminal organizations in your posts.
10. You are not allowed to post violent or graphic content in your posts.
11. You are not allowed to post vulgar language in your posts.
12. You are not allowed to post content that is not yours or doesn’t have permission to post about it.
13. You are not allowed to use any bug or hacking in this website.

BuildupView has the right to delete your account and everthing associated with your account if you violate any BuildupView Terms of Use more than 3 times. Plus, BuildupView won’t be able to refund the money you paid to publish posts in this website.

You can't upgrade or change your post's plan. The only way to change your post plan is to delete the post and republish it with your other plan. If you want to cancel your plan, you should delete your post to cancel your plan. 

In order to ensure that you do not experience any interruption or loss of services, paid posts include an automatic renewal, which will automatically renew upon the end of the applicable subscription period, for a renewal period equal in time to the original subscription period (excluding extended periods) and, unless otherwise notified to you, at the same price. Accordingly, where applicable, BuildupView will attempt to automatically charge you the applicable Fees using the Stored Card. In the event of failure to collect the Fees owed by you, we may in our sole discretion (but shall not be obligated to) retry to collect at a later time, and/or suspend, cancel, or delete your post, without further notice.

By subscribing to paid posts, you acknowledge and agree that the Renewing Paid Service shall automatically renew in accordance with the above terms.

If at any time, we record a decline, chargeback, or other rejection of a charge of any payable Fees on your BuildupView account (“Chargeback”), this will be considered as a breach of your payment obligations hereunder, and your use of the BuildupView Services may be automatically disabled or terminated.

We have the right to cancel or delete your post if we record a decline, chargeback, or other rejection of charge of any payable Fees on your BuildupView account and posts.

We have the right to cancel or delete your post even without further notice if you violated any of Terms of Use rules, or if you weren’t able to pay the fees of your plans at the end of each plan duration.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes and any applicable Third Party fees (including but not limited to credit card fees, foreign exchange fees, and cross-border fees). BuildupView will show you only the fees that are required to post on the BuildupView website. We aren’t responsible for any other fees.

BuildupView reserves the right to change its Fees at any time, upon notice to you if such change may affect your existing subscriptions. The effect of changing prices will happen to new posts and the first renewal of any existing post. If you received a discount or other promotional offer, BuildupView shall have the right to automatically and without notice renew your subscription to such BuildupView Service(s) at the full applicable Fee.
